Here, in  the East Devon  town of Ottery St Mary, every 5th of November people come from far and wide to witness the proud tradition that is Tar Barrels.  Born and bred Otterigans run through the narrow streets carrying a Flaming Barrel on their shoulders.  

To embrace this tradition, we at Coldharbour Farm Shop, in conjunction with Exmoor Distillery, have created a recipe that, we feel celebrates a famous tradition with a delicious Gin.
